Eye of Purification (normal) vs Ruthless weapon (391ilvl) for enh

Tonight I won Eye of Purification (normal version). For my enh weapons I'm currently using 391 pvp weapons and I'm wondering if It's an upgrade? I know heroic Eye of Purification is BiS, but is normal version worth it over higher weapon damage from ruthless elite mace? I'm specced into Elemntal Precision already so I get hit from that spirit. Would appreciate any feedback. Also is there any site like femaledwarf for other classes than hunter, where I could check this kind of stuff?

Early results showed normal EoP to outclass even H-Gatecrasher, so it's probably better than the Ruthless, but yeah. Sim it.
