and on the mods getting a buff, +4 would be more reasonable, but even then, it's been shown that if they actually post, that -3 is more than balanced. Idk though, Jona will have the say on it.

Mods up to EN (not including EN though)Code:(1 093 + 880 + 249 + 232 + 135) / 20 383 = 0.127017613
The cut off was all those below had less than 100 posts. Leaves another 12% divided between the two that I don't feel like going through right now
Once again numbers are both way off because of non number posts (players do them way more than mods though)
Some of you will look at this and go "Mods should be at -6!" Remember the last point especially

Speaking as a player I think mods undeniably need a buff to make it interesting. Based on the players wins vs. mods wins I wouldn't say -6 but -4 or -5 would be fine, I'd vote for -5 just to be secure and have a nicer number.
