I dont like the 4pc for disc.
To get the most out of the bigger shields you would have to use more mastery and cast more of them, which means casting them more often every 12s which would reduce the effectiveness of the second part. => Those two parts together are weaker than their sum - weaker than they appear at first glance. Which is always bad (in WoW) since others will cry for nerfs.

More than 5/6 PW:S, please. You can cast 2 shields in the 2s after DH finishes even if you channel it for 8s.
