Restoration Needs a Proc.

uhm.. I'm not having that many problems with shamanhealing at the moment.

Also, if you want to suggest something, add a suggestion of what kind of proc you think will balance things out, insteaf of saying "I want a proc".

I am thoroughly happy with the T13 4-pc in its current form. Frankly I think that needs to be baseline. We need some kind of throughput cooldown that isn't Hero/Lust.

Not sure we need it but a proc would make things more interesting.

Something like;
your Riptide and Earthliving ticks have a 3% chance to make your next chain heal an instant cast

Could be put into Blessing of the Eternals, good way of spreading Earthliving when more healing is needed and getting more procs.

Agreed, I also think that we need some new prime glyphs... maybe a GHW or a SLT glyph.

I dont like ES/ELW glyphs at all.
