Past few days I've seen people get infracted over some pretty stupid stuff...most of which i can easily tell was someone joking around...So I guess my question is...do u people not have a sense of humor?

Sarcasm is hard to read on the interwebz my friend.
My humour is cynical by nature, so I'm sarcastic as hell, but I tone it down a lot on the forums so that people don't get ... /gasp : offended, or mistake what it meant.

It's not about joking, it's about how fast a conversation can turn to shit after you try to make a joke. In your case, yeah, replying "cause I can spam two buttons and top the dps charts" to "Why are you a mage?" in the Mage forum can derail a thread pretty fast.
If you have a problem with moderation, bring it up to me or Sunshine in PM.
