Mage: Official 4.3 "What Trinket" Thread

Any ideas what should I wear with heroic insignia? I have Will of unbinding ( LFR =/) and VPLC (heroic trinket from ragn) for ultraxion hm? By all the maths it comes that I should use Will of unbinding (lfr) but if you check top logs, you will see that heroic VPLC is still in use a LOT.

Heroic VPLC is in a lot of use presumably because no matter how skilled you are at playing a mage you can't force bosses to drop the trinkets you want

by *top* i ment people who killed ragn heroic 10+ times in 25 ppl in actual time, they dont have such issue i guess

10 kills isn't enough for a guarantee, considering that it was BiS for all caster DPS

Which trinkets should i use as fire?
i have 4set T13 and DTR, but i have been verry unlucky with trinket drops since like forever...
i have acces to: 378 NMF, DMC:V, Bottled Wishes, RoZ and 359 TMirror

none of those seem verry good for fire so i am sort of lost in it (i am running with DMC:V and NMF atm, should i keep doing that till i get better?)

Does switching trinkets reset the INTERNAL cd on trinkets that do not have activated abilities? I know it does for ones with activation abilities.

We're going to start our progress on HC spine tonight. And my question is if Bottled Wishes > SoW on the 20sec of Burning Tendons burst?

Does the crazy amount of spellpower from Bottled Wishes beat the haste and mana reduce from SoW?

Hello all; I come here because Arena Junkies and the actual WoW forums aren't all too helpful with this. I'll cut right to it.

I'm a human mage with the legendary staff, and I can't seem to decide on pvp trinkets. I know running dual pve trinkets may be cutting too much resilience, but I'd like to hear someone else's opinions. I currently have DMC, MWC, SC, Badges, PvP Insignias, WoU, and VPLC, but it won't take me long to get IotCM or CotC, I don't think.

What trinkets should I use for pvp, as a human mage with Dragonwrath? Dual pve trinkets? Dual pvp? A mix? Which ones? Floors open.

EDIT:Should throw in that I'm frost pvp. Derp.

Ok so I am stuck on what should i replace. I just got the normal version of Cunning of the Cruel.

My equiped trinkets are :
The darkmoon volcano card
Rune of Zeth

I am fire.

Where does the valor trinket Bottled Wishes come into that list for arcane for general use?

How does the LFR Insignia of the Corrupted Mind stack up with other trinkets? The OP and the chart on page 14 are quite different.

I have the LFR Will of the Unbinding, LFR Insignia, and Heroic NF to my disposal currently (my guild is killing heroic yosahj, just haven't had it drop).

@pushh/Marcellus - See Triguns wonderful image from Page 15. I'll repost it.

Note that there's only one version of Bottled Wishes, so it's the one without a Heroic or LFR.

Just to reiterate, are the picture charts correct, or is the OP correct? they show different trinkets as being better.
