FPS counter during recording may not be accurate. But every orgrimmar is different. Maybe he played on a less populated server? Or overclocked his CPU more, as CPU is the likely bottleneck in orgrimmar.

There can be quite a bit of difference between servers. I.E. If you're playing Mal'Ganis Orgrimmar, I would expect those numbers if he was playing on, really any other server.

If you have more players on your screen with shadows than the person in the video you're watching, your fps will be lower.
