<Exordium> is a 25-man progression guild located on Eredar (PvP EST) looking for more exceptional players to solidify our roster for Firelands and the rest of Cataclysm.
Even if your class isn't listed above, don't be discouraged. We are always looking for any exceptional players to add to our roster. If you feel that you are just that, or that you can outperform our current raiders (especially if you have the logs to back it up) feel free to apply.
About <Exordium>
<Exordium>, once <LICIOUS ONLY> and <Eye for an Eye> has been the number one PvE guild on US-Eredar since the introduction of Ulduar. Some of our notable accomplishments and kills include:
• Realm first Kil'jaeden
• Realm First! Celestial Defender
• Realm First! Death's Demise
• Realm First! Grand Crusader
• Realm First! Fall of the Lich King (as well as 10man, both pre-4.0)
• Realm First! Al'Akir (US 11th)
• Realm First! Nefarian (US 11th)
• Realm First! Sinestra
• Realm First! Ragnaros
Among these server firsts, we also got a US 9th Heroic: Magmaw.
During ToGC we (under the name <LICIOUS ONLY>) were ranked world first for achievements earned.
In addition to these, <Exordium> as a guild managed to secure Realm First! Level 85 for every class but Death Knight and Rogue, including first 85 overall. We also achieved Realm First! Guild Level 25.

We want raiders who:
• Know their class inside and out
• Min-max (best gems, enchants, reforging, professions, pre-potting, etc.)
• Have stellar situational awareness
• Are open to constructive criticism
• Are prepared (consumables, knowledge of fights, etc.)
• Have high attendance (90 - 100%)
• Understand that some fights require a certain raid composition and will not complain if sat
Basically, we want people who share our overall goal of progressing through all content available, as quickly as possible. While we are generally very laid back during raids, we expect people to also know when it's time to concentrate and put on their serious face.
We use loot council to distribute gear in a time efficient and fair manner. Things like attendance, performance, raid benefit and size of upgrade are all factors in the outcome.
Additionally, we provide flasks (in the form of cauldrons) and feasts for our raids. Potions and repairs are the individual's responsibility.
Side note, our vent and occasionally guild chat tend to get rather explicit. If racial or ethnic slurs, swearing or occasional trolling are something that you can't deal with, you won't last very long in this guild.
