Milk was a bad choice.

@Amazon SAMSUNG 830 Series
You're right though, they'll probably go out of stock most places soon. 840pro is quite a bit more expensive, the replacement for now would be the Crucial M4, or perhaps 840 but I'm sure there would be ome debate about that.
Updated 2013-02-07.
Not much has changed; basically just a price update.
Intel i5-3570K @ 4.7GHz | MSI Z77 Mpower | Noctua NH-D14 | Corsair Vengeance LP White 1.35V 8GB 1600MHz
Gigabyte GTX 670 OC Windforce 3X @ 1372/7604MHz | Corsair Force GT 120GB | Silverstone Fortress FT02 | Corsair VX450
It's mainly due to the fact that I feel H77 is a better base - especially if you plan to upgrade in 6-12 months. H77 has features such as hardware raid support, intel SRT and RST as well as more USB ports.
In essence though, it boils down to individual motherboards. $5 extra for the above makes H77 > B75 in my opinion.

Concerning the "Budget Gaming 720" build, the recommended power supply is not adequate for the recommended GPU. It does not feature enough 6-pin connectors to power it.

The newegg specs are correct. The review is wrong. I know this because I recommended this exact build to a friend, he purchased everything exactly as it is here, and as we were putting it together we came to the sinking realization that the PSU simply didn't have enough connectors. It only has one 6+2-pin. I guarantee it.

There are two versions out of the XFX 450W.
P1-450S-X2B9 Bronze certified and only has 1 PCIe connector
P1-450S-U2B9 Not certified and apparently has 2 PCIe connectors. The review is probably correct.
It doesn't help however that the XFX website lists both PSU's as having only one PCIe connector (6+2 pin)
Yeah I found that article before. Now I'm very confused.
Check out the list of XFX PSUs compiled by Dabs
http://www.dabs.com/category/compone...ts/11259-50544
http://xfxforce.com/en-gb/Products/P...450S-U2B9.aspx
In your article it doesn't list the P1-450S-U2B9. Both Ebuyer and Dabs both list this as having 2xPCIe connectors one of which is 6 +2 pin. The XFX lists both units as Bronze certified. One feedback poster on Reevo did say that it was running his system with a GTX 560ti, which we know requires 2xPCIe 6 pin connectors.
I'm going to go out on a limb and say.
P1-450S-XXB9 Discontinued. You may find some retailers with left over stock. It does have 2xPCIe connectors one of which is 6+2 pin.
P1-450S-X2B9 Bronze certified and only has 1 PCIe 6+2 pin connector
P1-450S-U2B9 Bronze certified and apparently has 2 PCIe connectors one of which is a 6+2 pin connector.
At any rate, I can say for certain--having seen it and handled it myself--that the XFX 450W that the Newegg link in the first post is for does not have two 6-pin or 6+2-pin connectors.
Noted. I'll make sure to update and replace the PSU with a sufficient one.
Sorry for the inconvenience this might have caused you, lazymangaka, and your friend (and anyone else for that matter).
FSP Group Vital 500W. Can't find a decent review, but it has the required connectors and deliver 216W on two 12V rails (432W total).
Antec EarthWatts 500W. I know the EA-series are very reliable but the one listed on Newegg seems to be a new revision. Same OEM?
FSP Group Raider 450W. Single rail with 432W. Probably better overall than the Vital above.
Seasonic S12II 430W. Two 12V rails with 204W each. Review.

ENERMAX NAXN ENP450AST 450W $44.99 on newegg. Enermax have an excellent reputation however the build components are from CWT and a bit lowend. Excellent efficiency(82%+) results above 20% load. FSP raider seems the better buy though if it can be bought for a good price.
