Well, its very unfortunate that you have to raid in order to get the epic gems rather then just cutting the gems like in wotlk or bc and its very sad how i never pve and just stick to pvping.

It's one of Azshara's epithets. That combined with the ilvl means it probably drops in Well of Eternity from her fight. Probably in a KJ-style chest or something most likely since chances are slim to none we're actually killing her.

Also, in before the short bus lets off a whole bunch of people thinking obvious placeholder names are real.
