It was obvious. In one of the trailers he proposes, but you only see it for less than a second.

I thought he was bowing to her, to show respect or something, everyone else thought it was proposal, but knowing Nintendo I doubt it's a proposal.

She isnt exactly a princess in this one though, and theyve been friends since childhood. Not that far fetched to think of it as a proposal methinks.

Plus Zelda isnt a royal in SS. IIRC shes just a commoner, like Link.

EDIT: There was a trailer I cant find it now, im sure it was a sunset. Maybe it was just the blue sky. Im sure Link proposes.

Like Skelington said, he isnt ruling it out. But by the kneel scene, it doesnt look like a proposal, and the white dress could be just that: a white dress.

Why? People call in love all the time, Zelda is his childhood friend, they have a strong bond in this game. When people have a strong bond and are attracted to each other (They totally are) they get hitched.
