The first episode (brotherhood) was great until about half way through and then I was like "yeah big deal. The next few weren't nearly enough to get me to keep watching, even though I had so many friends insist it was the bestest anime.

Well the beginning of Brotherhood is sort of rough because in a bunch of places they seem to expect you to have seen the other one to know what is going on. Though in other spots they totally turn the first one on it's head.

It's not a sequel! It's the same show, but it's more faithful to the original manga!

I'll be honest, I watched up to episode 4 of FMA then got bored. Yet everyone I know whos watched it loves it.

I never got into the first released FMA, but I really enjoyed and finished Brotherhood. As far as bleach goes I've just been watching the dubbed episodes as they come out and I need to finish up Gundam Unicorn yet..but I kinda need to rewatch it since I forgot what happened when I last watched lol.
