Naming TomTom waypoints

I've been using the TomTom add-on for a few weeks now, and I like the idea of using the "add waypoint" feature to mark certain locations. But, after a while I have a plethora of unnamed waypoints that are now meaningless to me. I can't find any option to name the waypoints something meaningful. The only way I've found is to manually go into one of TomTom's .LUA files and manually change the name there, but this has to be done after logging out.

Does anyone know of a way to name the waypoints in game? Is there another add-on that allows this?
