Skinning icons in Quartz/Shadowed Unit Frames

Heya, I was wondering if it is possible at all to skin the buffs/debuff in SUF and the cast bar icon in Quartz? I'd really love to give them a 1px black border.

Unfortunantely the only way to skin the icons in SuF is by editing the LuA.
SuF's LuA is a minefield at the moment.

My suggestions, switch to Pitbull which offers this option or start from scratch with OuF and do it the way you want.
