Asus G73 Touch Pad

Hey all

ive got a problem with my asus g73.. go figure... neways recently the touch pad doesnt want to turn off when i stick my mouse in. and the function f9 key isnt working so is there anyway thru the control panel i can get it to turn off.

Little bit of information, how old is it?

Have you tried to update drivers from Asus.com? (I know it's not the newest but it's all gathered at 1 place which is good) If that yudoesn't work then contact Asus and send it to repair (if you didn't void the warranty)

Back, try download the touchpad drivers: http://usa.asus.com/Notebooks/Gaming...73Jh/#download go into touchpad and download the newest on that website.

After it's installed then reboot, if it still doesn't work I'd try contact Asus for repair.

don't ever update your drivers with a g73, it just makes problems worse, and yes you can disable the touchpad in device manager
