25 HM Baleroc healing rotation help please!!!

We are running 4 healers a rdruid, disc priest, and 2 holy pallies. We have the druid and priest swapping on the melee shard and the pallies swapping on ranged so that here is always a pally on the tank.

Our rotation is:

Druid + pally1 -> tank
priest +pally2 -> 1st shard

Druid + pally1 ->2nd shard
priest +pally2 ->tank

Druid + pally1 ->tank
priest +pally2 ->3rd shard
rinse and repeat

But I feel like this isn't working out well or we are doing it the wrong way.

Does anyone have advice or suggestions how to do this?

We use 6 healers (easy to do since nerfs) with 2 groups of 3 in case someone gets tormented.
