I found that for Disc it's pretty easy: Holy Fire and Penance and then Smite, with +hit glyph. Easy.
But, for Holy, does it need a shadow rotation? Haven't played shadow yet.

IMO Atonement > Holy for quests, you can just HF and Smite everything down. Plus you've got PI for handling elites.

Holy goes the route of Mind Spike/Mind Blast spam, being in Chakra Chastise. I haven't found Power Infusion to be enough to handle elites. But the firelands dailies, all of them (except the lieutenants being tanked by the Ancient) are vulnerable to Chastise.
