Seeking new MMORPG, Suggestions?

I'm out pokeing around and checking out Free MMOs, but I'm finding 90% of them are either Wow, or everquest clones with slight variations - or very childish esque games. I'm trying to find a MMO with a good, solid story line and at least half-way decent PVP. I think I might be asking too much. Would also be interested in finding a sandbox mmo{Ultima Online}.

The only MMO I've played that I really thought had an interesting story was FFXI. I'm trying to re-capture the fun I had playing that, but I'm finding most of these games just..fall flat.

I don't really care what kind of play-style it has {I've touched on WoW, FFXI, UO, D2, etc, enjoyed them all- all with VERY different styles}, just really looking for something to kill the time until D3/SWTOR/GW2 release.

Try Global Agenda, it's kind of fun, and fairly different from WoW, or City of Heroes. And DCUO will go F2P in about a month.
