it looks like the mages that were aligned with the blue flight.

you can find belts that match it in obsidian sanctum, naxx, and malygos. also, i think the trial of the champion dungeon has some, too. also, some crafted things, and maybe even just random heroic wrath dungeons.

There is a belt that drop (I think) in Naxx 10 or 25.

Most of the matching stuff drops from tier 7 instances or Northrend dungeons.
There is a transmog set for the 4 colors green, blue, red and purple on wowhead. Look for Northrend spellweave regalia (one of the recolors probably)

I would choose some belt with small 3D buckle, it would take attention off from the waistline itself.

fixed, ik kinda confusing because the sig and stuff but a look at my posts and you get it.

imo the belt fits (almost) perfectly, i took the shaft of glacial ice as weapon even when the karabor starsinger fits better buuuuut.... there is a reason some people call it the dildo staff XD, the tower of the mouldering corpse is too dark and this red... fire.... whatever doesn't really fit.

you are right, the belt I was referring to is also grey, but a darker shade, fitting the red set.

Muramasa is not too difficult to get, you just need a bit RNG luck in Sunwell. defeating the bosses there is easy enough.

That looks eerily similar to my warlock transmog I also use a few warlock t1 pieces though.
