Ive recently gotten 525 alchem on my Druid.
He does Pve and is Resto. witch specializations would be the best for me as a raider/dungeoner
Also could someone explain what each specializations does please thankyou.

Do gnomes have a vibrate setting?
All the specializations do is gives you a chance to gain an extra item when creating flasks / potions / transmutes (depending on your spec). It doesn't really matter what spec you go. If you're planning to sell potions / flasks on the auction house i'd pick one of those specs, if you're not going to be i'd recommend transmute simply because it's easy to do a truegold or living elements transmute daily for some easy gold.
Transmute is also nice because you can always have a guildie or friend with pot / flask specialization to make your items for you.

What the above user said. If you don't care about money making too much, I'd rate the different specializations as Transmute > Potion > Flask.
Specialization has no effect whatsoever on the performance of your character in PvE.
