    Empire's forces

Watching the trailers, I've noticed that the Empire has a large number of non-force armies, but what class are they?
In the Republic, those forces are Troopers, but their Empire-equivalent, the Bounty Hunters are clearly more rare among the Emperials.
They could be Emperial Agents, but those seem to be more alike to special forces(snipers and stealthers), rather than be the bulk of an army.

Soldiers in the Imperial army, not every character you see in a trailer has to represent a specific player class.
Actually, Mr. Lennon, I CAN imagine a world with no hatred, religion, war, or violence.
I can also imagine attacking such a world, because they would never see it coming.

Well, pretty much in the Republic army you see is one of the four playable classes.

The troopers that are playable represent the best of the best, they are to the soldiers of the Republic military what Malkus is to a 10 year old padawan. I won't get into the details of the trooper story missions(in the beta, playing a commando) because of the NDA enforcement around these parts, but trust me, it is emphasized quite heavily how far removed the playable trooper is from the Republic rank and file.

Also, at some point you meet a defector from the Empire. She's quite a good example of what the rank and file Empire is like, and shows quite well the devide between force-sensitives in the Sith military and Imperial soldiers.

PS: No, don't PM me for more information, I'm not going to go around breaking the NDA here.

pretty much this. i picture the imperial grunts to be utilized much like how the soviets used their fores in WW2.

charge forth with superior numbers and never turn back no matter how many troops you lose.

republic trooper is pretty much like a Republic Commando from the clone war era. The best.the rest of the republic army might as well be your normal storm troopers.

The Trooper is a member of Havoc squad so they are the elite of the elite of republic forces, the sith troopers are just grunts. Im sure they have special forces just not in the game, maybe a new class in a xpac!

You......have a run-in during the trooper story with a group that's claimed to be somewhat of an imperial rival to Havoc.
