As a ret I hit a 70k with a hammer of wrath with berserking buff. My arcane mage has hit a 90K arcane blast without berserking too.

117k Shield Slam with Full Vengence (Was tanking about 5 guys for ages...) with Berserking, +2k Stre trink + shield block up, on a 0 resi priest.

Not a hit i have dealt, but when i started to play my pally again (havent played him much at all this expac, with about 15% damage reduction Recieved the following

68k frostbolt -----> 41k Ice Lance = 109k in one GCD....

20k shadow bolt crits around 20k

Uh i think ive gotten around 60k damage combined with 2hand shaman using stormstrike and proccing windfury if that counts=/

Otherwise its around 25k. I never use berserker buffs anyway.

Saw swifty crit for ~320K

108k execute crit with all popped, and zerger buff + it was a 0resil rdrood.

40k or so Death Strike crit with my Blood DK on a PvE geared Druid in caster form. I heard DS Crits can reach the 50k+ range or so with gear.

55k DW obli (32+20) Zerker, Str trink and all procs, With KM. 2 of those in a row followed by a 45k frost strike on a PvE Affli lock w/o CD's in UH presence. ( He got heals, obviously those numbers don't add up to something regularly survivable.)

88k crit with lava burst, used berserker and hitted another warrior who had recklessness and berserker aswell.

Around 70k Ferocious Bite on a reasonably geared target, without any external buffs.
