Not paid transfer, but account wide

So i saw a thread asking if people would pay for a paid achievement transfer, where blizzard would give another one of your characters your mains achievements. but i wanted to see what people thought about account wide achievements, and this could spill over to mounts, tabards, and titles as well. so, what do you guys think?

Topic is ever so misleading, first thing that comes to mind is account wide character transfer, which would've been worthy of a heated discussion.
