Beyond APM - 6/7 HC Prenerf is currently recruiting All classes and all specs in order to complete the guild transition from 10 to 25 man for the next Content patch. Go to beyondapm.enjin.com & throw your apply if you are interested.

Our raiding schedule is currently as follows:
Sunday, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 19:00-23:30. You are expected to have a very high attendance and show up on time. If you even think that might be a problem to you, please don't waste our time.

Loot rules:
In Beyond APM we simply roll on loot, but a certain respect for seniority, as well as people with a better/longer attendance record than you, is expected. As a trial member of Beyond APM, you are expected to pass on all loot to senior members untill you are granted full membership. Even after obtaining full membership, you are expected to show respect for the raiders who have been around for years, and you will definetely not be first in line for legendarys and the like. Please read these last two sentences again, and make sure you understand that during your trial period, you will be last in the loot queue. That said, it's not uncommon for our trial members to be handed a decent amount of loot. Loot generally arrives at the people who are patient, and deserve it. In other words, if you think Beyond APM is a fast-track for you to get your full BiS set and then move along, you need to think again, because in that case you won't last very long in our guild.

Trial period:
If you are invited to join us, you will undergo a trial period which can (but doesn't always) last as long as three or four weeks. At some point during or after that time, we will decide whether you get a permanent spot in the guild or not. This decision will be based on many factors, but stuff like attendance, general behavior, skill level, and so forth will of course play a huge role. Yes, we do keep track of attendance, who arrives late for raids, who disconnects all the time, and so on.

As a member in Beyond APM we expect you to:
• Prioritize Guild over your personal progress.
• Have a strong knowledge of your class and always show up with your gear and spec maximized for whatever role you're filling. If we decide you need to change role for an encounter, you do just that, and you do it fast and well. WoW raiding is way past the point where you can expect to just DPS or just heal if you play a hybrid class.
• Be able to follow the directions of the raid leader to the point, as well as being able to use your own skills to make the right calls on your own in a splitsecond, when required.
• Be cool and relaxed, even after an entire evening of wiping on whatever new HC boss we're trying to down.
• Possess strong communications skills and fluent written english.
• Possess the ability to take some serious responsibility when required by the encounter, whatever it might be. You're not the type of person that try to hide in the back and avoid doing the harder tasks. You enjoy these tasks, because they give you a chance to play up to your full ability, and show that you're able to perform well under pressure.
• Always show up with the proper consumables, glyphs for respecs, gold for repair bills and so on.
• Have a strong computer as well as a fast and stable internet connection. If you crash, lag or disconnect on an hourly basis, we don't want you.
• Have control of your own life and the ability to play undisturbed during raid hours.
• Learn fast. You're the kind of person who see a new encounter mechanic, quickly realize how to deal with it, and play almost flawlessly from then on.
