Speakers + Mic - How do I separate output?

Hi all,

I've got a standard head-phone jack plug-in for my speakers, and a USB plug-in for my headphones (Turtle Beach X11). I'm running Win7. I'd like Ventrilo and WoW to run through my headphones, and my iTunes to run through the speakers. Any idea how to do this?

Go into the sound settings for each program and tell it what output you want it to go to instead of the default output option.
