Nothing HUGE in the patch as of yet, but there was one thing that caught my attention:

If you look at this picture, www(dot)upload(dot)ee/image/1725141/WHAT03.jpg , look at the "Dreadknights" spell icons aswell as the one to the right. You clearly see that those are stolen from WoW.
