I need more anime. I mostly prefer these genres:
    Drama
    Romance
    Comedy
    Fantasy

Anything is welcome (already planned on Code Geass, but not really in the mood that one yet)
Seto no Hanayome fits into all those categories and is a great and hilarious anime. Isekai no seikashi monogatari and FMP The second raid are my runner ups.

    Little Busters! (currently airing)
    H2O: Footprints in the Sand

Both are amazing anime and are in my personal top 10!

H2O WOW thats an old one was quite a few years back!

Ignoring how bad the animation is now, you could try watching blue gender if you like post apoc sci fi anime.

Guilty Crown is hit or miss, you may like it, you may not.

I only just made the list, so I probably forgot a few, and there are some series I've read as a manga, but not an anime.

The two most recent I've seen are Death Note and Code Geass, and I'd prefer recommendations similar to those, where there is action, but it's mostly mind games and strategy between the protagonist and antagonist.

Preferred genre is action, usually shonen, but I don't mind seinen.

You may want to check Mirrai Nikki, Steins;Gate, Zetsuen No Tempest and Ergo Proxy.

[Anime] What Anime Should I Watch?

So, let's get right on topic: I'm looking for a new Anime to watch.

I'm not really new to Anime overall, but I haven't watched quite as much as the really avid fans. I've watched One Piece, Bleach, Naruto, Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, some of Death Note and a couple of Fairy Tail episodes (wasn't impressed with them so I dropped it). I even read the One Piece, Bleach and Naruto mangas.

What I'm looking for is an Anime that's similar to One Piece (my favorite so far) in the adventure/constant peril/strong-protagonist-but-not-quite-overpowered (Bleach, Naruto) and without the annoying female characters (Sakura of Naruto and Inoue of Bleach).

    OR

An Anime that focuses more on making the viewer relate and feel for the characters presented in the series (cannot give any examples, new to me), possibly (but not necessarily) without super-powered fighting.

Overall I'm open to any suggestions you can throw at me, just clarify why I should watch it!

    Thanks!
I'm not a native English speaker, and yet, I don't suck at English. The argument "English is not my mother tongue" doesn't actually give you an excuse to do so.

I thought Steins;Gate was awesome, albeit a little weird. It's very different from what you've seen, but you should try it.
