Razer nostromo help

I got a Nostromo yesterday. When i want to start the Nostromo Firmware uppdate it says no device detected. Its the same whit the program where you bind

Please help me. Also when i unplugged the nostromo and download Firmware and the plugged it, it didnt work.
Do i have to download both drivers and firmware then plugg ?

Not rlly when i follow the steps and when my computer restarts my razer naga mouse wont move anymore. When i delete the drivers the naga works again. But still no device detected is comming up
