Who are we?!

• A&B was formed end-ish August 2011 ; we had some roster issues at the start but we are getting near a complete raiding team now and ready to roll.
• We are a mix of former purged/placeholder/symbiosis/legion and some new players who rerolled.
• We only raid 3days/week but while we raid we raid serious and play at the best we individually and as a team can! We do NOT tolerate the slack!
• We are currently 6/7 heroic 10 player Firelands.
• Our normal raid hours are: Sunday, Monday, and Wednesday/Tuesday) from 20:00 until 24.00. (Server Time).
• A multi-gender, multi-nation community that communicates only in English.

We need

• !! TANK !! Druid pally or warrior ( HIGH )
  
  

We give

• A steady, mature and experienced team that even though only raids 3 days; when we raid we make sure we're at the top of our game!
• We like to have a laugh and we help each other when someone is in need of help.

We expect

• Active (90%+ attendance/ diligence/ commitment to the raid).
• Good knowledge of your class and of the game in general.
• Complete preparation for the content.
• Complete preparation for each raid! (potions / flasks / food).
• Rapid reaction/ improvisation to live while you do your job.
• Boss mods are required (used by Raid).
• Tolerance/ respect towards all guild members and randoms. If your attitude is judged 'incorrect' you will be warned and then maybe removed from the guild if it doesn't improve.
• During raiding times, mumble is required.
• Ability to rapidly learn new fights in the absence of strategy guides.
• Willingness and the ability to play multiple specs.
