First of all there are sticky guides for each spec. It looks like you lack understanding of the rotation and prio infight. Survival is the easiest of the spec.
SV:
1 hunters mark
2 serpent sting
3 explosive shot
4 kill shot
5 black arrow
6 rapid fire
7 arcane shot
8 cobra shot

For MM there are two different kinds of playing. The first is with high haste + haste proc trinket to ensure minimal casttime for aimed shot. This form will use arcanes only to proc the 4pc or while moving. The second form to use aimed till 90% and every time haste effeckts are up, the rest of the fight with no actual haste buff is arcane as filler.

I would say you stay survival and train the named prio above at a training dummy in OG / SW...

To be very honest, your RNG was absolute 100% shit on the Ultraxion kill in the first log.
Very few Explosive Shot crits, could it be that you are missing out on the 5% Crit bonus?

When do you pop your cooldowns?

Do you stack your pots with your trinket / 4pc bonus? (You should have some addon like Chronobars / NeedToKnow / TellMeWhen or another one of that sort to track the Internal Cooldowns and timers of those procs.

You could get some more Cobra Shots off, they say that downtime is the biggest DPS killer, do you often find yourself waiting for long amounts of time for the next Explosive Shot? That is not optimal, while getting Explosive Shot off on cooldown is a priority, it's not something you should be not shooting for 0.5s+ for.
You are generally not getting very many shots off in your rotation, which leads me to think this. Cobra Shot amount should be higher, Arcane Shot lower.
Are you focus starving a lot?

You should be popping cooldowns at the start of the fight. Rapid Fire + CoTW should be used at that point. Get as many Cobra Shots off as possible without focus capping, and use Arcane Shot to prevent.

It's a common issue with many hunters, they think that they should use as many Arcane Shots as they can, without focus starving, but it's the other way round, use as many Cobra Shots as you can WITHOUT focus capping.

We have 5% crit bonus. Just unlucky try.

At the beginnig with BL, then between HoRs.

First pot for pre-poting (along with BL), second when boss is below 20% when all dpses burn all remaining CDs.

I'm focus-wise hunter. I have always focus for ES or BA on CD. When CD down BA/ES is fired. Always.
But why I should use more Cobra Shots? Its not recommended to stack focus. It's DPS lost.

Hmm I will try this. But I'm using AS to dump focus, so why I should use more CS? Theoretically more CS -> more focus -> more AS to shot to dump focus. But dont have time to shoot too many shots...

Just going to point out a flaw here:

Under no circumstance do you stack Rapid Fire with Bloodlust or Chronohunter. Spread out your hasted effects - there's DR on haste, which means that if you stack them all at the start, you gain less than spreading them out. If the kill takes more than 5:15 minutes, then you can go ahead and blow rapid fire at the start. If not, then you wait patiently till you proc your Kiril or you get your second pot, then use it.

As for your cobra shot comment, it's a good way of putting it, but it won't mash up well with Lock and Load or Thrill of the Hunt procs. You're going to want to sit at ~40 focus for as much time as possible, while I could theoretically sit at 75 focus without and issue and get the most Cobra shots off. You want to find the balance, not either or.

Gear wise: You're not hitcapped (its 8%) and are reforging in the wrong way (example: head crit to hit instead of the mastery to hit, not reforging cloak haste etc). Both your trinkets suck compared to matrix restabilizer or any version of vial / spine trinket.

WOL wise: your total number ability uses just seems way too low, for example I compared Zon'ozz logs with mine. You have a 5:08 kill, I had a 4:35 one and I'm on 154 total ES ticks, while you're on 124. I'm also way higher on arcane shots done and did around 20 more cobra's. Basically you need to spend more of your time DPSing something, rather than standing around or walking. I also noticed that not once did you use the agi of your valor trinket in the entire raid, macro it at least to your rapid fire (should use it a lot more but ye). Post a ultraxion log if you want more in-depth rotation advice.

N/a Im not getting into raids... My rotation is, Serpent, Black arrow, Explosie shot, Cobra shot 3 times, Explosive shot and repeat, until Kill shot is available or If LnL procs I do Explosive shot x2 arcane shot between 2nd and 3d explosive shot and then back to rotation, I als o stick some arcane shots in when I have enough focus. If you need to see me WorldOfLogs I can try and set one up.

Hello. There is not very much you can do if you do your rotation correct and pop cooldowns together. (Rapid fire, Call of the wild). Try to do LFR to get some upgrades and then try to get a team for DS / Creature your own run.

I'm having a really hard time figuring out what dps you do on world of logs. I rather just look at a recount and go through that.
Reforges are good, although you should get the hagara ring asap as it has crit on it, even the lfr ring would be better I think. Also epic gem in chest would be preferable since it's BiS.

What's your final dps on Ultrax HC and Madness HC?

Edit: +65 mastery on hands if you want to, not much dps difference. Also get +35 agi on boots. I find "minor movement speed" really bad considering we can just disengage or cheetah the place we want to go.

So you upgraded two items from regular to heroic pieces and you have no idea why your dps increased?

Your grp needed >6 min, last time my raid cracked her neck at 3 min mark. Higher ranks are even way shorter. The usage of aspect of the pack, stack of cds for dmg sensitivity, tricks, DI, on-use against agi-stack (which you lose way often) and some other things in the lasts post already mentioned.

The problem: I tried to figure out my problem by myself, just by reading all the guides and testing them in raid, but I realize I really need help from you guys. Basically my dps is..I would not say really that low, but compared to my gear its not optimal. Lots of people told me I should pull much more dps, because what im doing currently is not equal to my equip. Im sure Im doing something really wrong, but I dont know what exactly - otherwise I cannot explain to myself why are players with -5ilvl or lower doing more damage than me. My big trouble no. 1 is movement - especially bosses like Hagara and Warmaster. I also had a speak with a few top hunters on my realm, some of them gave me a great advices (weapon swapping on Hagara e.g), but some of them were like "girls cant play wow what do you want blah blah blah".
I also know I have bad trinket - but I have never seen Vial or Compass drop, while I was on my hunter. *sad panda*

Expactations: I would be happy to pull about +/- 5k more.

For the raids you linked there is no 8% magic damage debuff on the target which would account for some of the missing damage.

Hunters Mark seems to have lower then expected uptime, for Ultraxion you can cast it before the fight starts (he doesn't attack unless someone hits him), rather then during bloodlust (time warp).

I may be wrong but on most of the fights you could squeeze in 1 more Sigil use if you use it every time it comes off cooldown.
