Expectations: So I joined this Flex run to test out my dps.
And my friend who is a much better hunter than me told me my dps was not that good. Sadly he is currently in a heroic run. So I would like to know what I did bad. And also what i can do to become better.

First thing that jumps to my eyes is that you are running wrong talents. Use fervor/toth on pyre single target fight and toth whenever you use more than one multi-shot, but never use dire beast as sv. Also chance blink strikes to a murder of crows. After those remember to keep your serpent sting rolling on everything, keep black arrow aplied to atleast one target and spam that explosive shot no matter what.

you're missing 19 kill commands and that just leads me to believe you don't have your rotation down solidly.

and you have a 29% serpent sting uptime.

Switched to BM a roughly a month ago and in that transition from 10m to 25m aswell. I pretty much got the basics down, but from time to time i tend to lack focus and by that missing a few KC.
What differ from the log above is that i finally got a TED -only HC tho :/ Feel free to browse in some of the other raids, as the link i chosed have the highest amount of bosskills.

Missed 11 KC's on Malkorc, No second pots and even deterrence soaking a relatively low CPM (casts per minute). Make sure you aren't wasting any globals by doing nothing, or having gaps between spells and focus(lel) on having enough focus to KC ON CD.

I would firstly recommend using warcraftlogs, much better logging interface imo.

Secondly I see beast cleave is very low on your damage which means that you are either not utilising it enough or it's a box opening problem where you don't have enough adds up to cleave.

Also not sure if this is mistake but your armoury shows you have 5.85% hit and 9.92 expertise.

But spoils is not solely up to the DPS (though your guilds is rather low) it's much more about the box opening and if the healers can keep up.

Expectations: I have just switched to BM from SV since it's the superior spec atm and we are going to switch to 25m progression to prepare for wod from farming 10m heroics and it feels like i do way less dps than im supposed to be which is almost the same or lower than my sv dps. Which i think the problem is my focus management and kc delaying, so any help would be appreciated to increase my dps.

shouldnt go for a full haste forge until you at least have legendary meta. Go back to crit>haste mastery. As far as I'm concerned you're doing fine for your gear. Only missed like 5 or so kill commands.
