Corsair HS1A & teamspeak / ventrilo echo

I'm using this headset with mic, but whenever I try I speak or when someone else speaks, people say I echo. I'm trying to set TS/Vent so I DON'T have to push to talk but rather activate on voice.

Any help is appreciated. I'm on windows 7 64 bit.

The echo could be caused by a slow internet connection. Also, do everyone a favor in your raid and set it up with a push-to-talk key (especially useful for when you're cussing out your RL and your mic is on!)
