Digital Distribution Help!

Hey all I am thinking of Buying a digital Download of BF3 from amazon.com, it is a pre-order deal, however, I live in Australia, and I was wondering Can I download it from Australia IF I give a US mailing address?

Edit The reason for the DL is it is super cheap compared to what it will cost form the EA aussie store

Unless I'm mistaken - I believe you would be forced to download it from Origin anyway; which would provide Australian servers if any existed.

Indeed, however, I would not be forced to pay for the Privilege of EA trying to be steam and fucking it up!
