Patch 9.2.5 - New Report UI and Character Report Options

As much as I wanna say this all seems like a good idea, there's a great chance someone will abuse it just to get someone's account suspended if this is an automated system.

This will save WoW.

It's so much easier to abuse people over discord. Why bother using in-game chat/text?

Amazing.
Now hire actual people who read reports and stop people abusing this feature to get people banned over nothing.

I'm seeing a "1." next to everyone's names on here. Did one of your webdevs not CSS their li's correctly?

Feeding in PvP terms is the equivalent of throwing the game by throwing yourself at the enemy team and not putting up a fight.

what option is used for when ppl leave a gambit key because it was listed as streets in the browser?

tb thats a good thing like trying to end a really bad av game, beats a 45 mins slog for no reason or a really bad trashran game

this is just gonna get abused by people if its automated. we have already seen it abused in bgs and other places.

report for battletag name? why the hell is there an option for that

In AV it might be acceptable... unless they do it when the team is winning or other game modes like in Temple of Kotmogu.

Ingame chat already died with 6.1 - 6.2 auto bans, this is just beating a dead horse.

Get rid of the esport gameplay design if you wanna fix player toxicity.

all these report functions lead to automatic bans after X number of reports within X time period

try it yourself get 10 people in a discord server then provoke somebody you dislike in general chat when they say anything remotely offensive or even rude everyone report them

they will go offline instantly and end up with a ban (reports coming from members of the same guild may be limited so be on alts in different guilds or unguided)

That feeding part is a bit weird if you start counting in random battlegrounds. That's literally what MOST people are doing in there. They're just throwing themselves at the enemy over and over again(hence those are the losing games). They really need to clarify that more or people are seriously going to abuse that. If it's really bad it might just require 5 people to *automatically* trigger something. I doubt it would be a suspension or anything like that. I'm guessing something along the lines of not being able to do a random dungeon/battleground through the LFD, probably for 30 minutes maybe incremental if you keep getting "reported".

Its funny that they work on BS like that instead of improving the lfg tool haha. Like "Show me Dungeon x on keylevel y with a free slot for role z" or "just show me healers that looking for a dps for 2s arena"

Their priorities are ao wrong.
