Return to the Forbidden Reach

Return to the Forbidden Reach to learn more of the story of the dracthyr Evoker awakening now that the defeat of Raszageth has been secured. This zone includes new content for max-level players delving into the troubles left behind by the meddling of the Primalists and the chaos they’ve left behind among the elements. Players will encounter new bosses and objectives, more storms, new loot to add to their arsenal, and more.

Orc and Human Heritage Armor

Both orcs and humans can earn new Heritage Armor to show off their pride. You’ll follow a series of quests, culminating in receiving a new armor set specific to your race.

The Monk Class Expands to New Races

In the 10.0.7 content update, the Monk class will be available to the goblin, Lightforged draenei, and worgen races.

Recruit A Friend Refresh

All new rewards are arriving to the Recruit A Friend (RAF) program, letting you bring in new (and returning) friends to World of Warcraft. Stay tuned to the official site for more details when we get closer to launching the update. To learn more about the current RAF program, you can visit our previously published article here on the official site.

Patch 10.0.7 will be making its way to the PTR soon. Keep an eye on the official forums for updates and patch notes once the PTR is live.

The Orc version is pretty bad. It looks like questing gear

I am kinda hoping that Evokers will get new options for customization for their armor... but that's probably wishful thinking on my end

From one POV - it's good, that they release new race-class combos regularly. From other POV - they do it too slowly.

Give them some slack. They don't have the man and resource. Plus the store cosmetics and mounts take prio, they need to make money somehow.

Orc and Humans were probably the fastest ones to make.

What stops them from adding classes like Warlocks, that don't require any special animations, forms, totems, etc.?

and its been years since they started doing sets for the races. The Human set is very predictable. The orc one not so much. Its cool, but not what I expected.

Orc one looks rly lame, they had the perfect opportunity to do a black plate armor that Orgrin and Thrall used and they came up with the low-grade maghar amor.

the skull on the shoulder is obviously a nod to Garrosh and his tusks of manoroth, but orgrin black plate would be much better considering this design is too close to the maghar one.

Whilst the Orc heritage armour looks very cool and I will definitely use it, you can't really call this heritage gear. Heritage gear is meant to evoke the pure original essence of that race, this gear evokes Garrosh-era Orc not "Heritage" Orc. Too much metal.

Good set, 10/10 looks. But it's not the Heritage set.

I mean they are not bad, but they're basically similar to BfA questing gear and the warfront sets. Was really hoping they'd make them more "flashy".

That cutscene is a core memory. I love that they hearkened back to it.

I don't know what people are talking about disliking the orc heritage. We've got fist spikes, we've got shoulder spikes, we've got spiky horns, spiky kneepads, and you know what, throw a nipple spike in there for good measure!

AFAIK the azerite armor you get by doing some quests was in the 7th legion style and then some, but dunno how that changed with the leveling revamp.

Those were the warfront basic gear, which makes sense as the whole point of the warfront armor was it was basically the same niche as the heritage armor, an armor set built around the "race" represented, which is why people assumed orc/undead + human/nelf would be the last ones to get their heritage armors, if ever, because the warfront armors already pretty much covered that.

Heros of the storm already had it funnily enough for the Cho'gall master skin which represented both the Horde, and the Twilight Council.
