WoD Set is basically just a High res version of the regular Grunt armor, said Grunt Armor is a mix of the iconic Red, spiked shoulders and some leather armor and lacks a helmet.

The armor in the pic is plate / mail armor across all armor pieces, is coloured red among all pieces and has a helmet.
It's similiar but not exactly the same.

Like, the Grunt armor you're referring to looks like a literal Grunt's armor whereas this one is the set of someone of Officer rank.

Oof, human set is basically just re-hashed BFA warfront pieces from the Arathi Warfront. Not great, imo.

I was expecting a lot more, the BFA warfront sets look 10 times better

The shoulders, while the rest is not the same, mixxing that with the warfront stuff gives you the same look.

and yeah its not EXACT but thats the fucking point, if it was ALMOST ENTIRELY the same armor with only a very small difference, people would be fucking outraged.

the new heritage armors of stormwind and orgrimmar are pure garbage. I mean, a company with millions of euros that earn, and can't do more? This is going to be a bombshell, but it's embarrassing... I can't imagine Varian or Garrosh wearing these rags, the truth is, nor Broxxigar... nor Maiev... nor anyone, because all of them, the npc, have great armor, made to conscience, but for the players, the worst as always... I still remember legion, the npc incredible armor, and players shit mediocre armor... that's how blizzard goes, creating gay dragons... which one goes to be the next shit?

Not a fan of asymmetric shoulders. The human one is meh although it was the obvious style to go for. Loving the orc's nipple spike.

Would be cool instead of doing these assymetrical designs, they gave us 2 sets of shoulders, and let us use the "transmog shoulders individually" to make it asymmetrical if we want, that way we can also decide which side we want which.

Actually hoped they would do a shaman set for the Orcs owell tobad.

They've gone for another go at the Human Warrior/Knight and Orc Warrior/Grunt from the Warcraft games box art. I do like it even though very predictable. Interested to see the human set on the male model.

Love the orc one, it is a callback to wc1/2 orcs

Human one is depressing however
