"Priests are now useless in skipping the dragons but you also need a priest for mass dispel to kill the dragons" yeah, DOT got nerfed, but it's still fucking OP.
Could have taken easy W and jus removed detection - still nice to have priest because saves you a pot, but not a requirement.

I couldn't agree more. That ability needs to go ASAP. Should have been removed years ago IMO.
PI at this point is just gravy on a whole roast of other bullshit, MD being chief among them. The fact that it has synergistic scaling with Augvoker is more of an exacerbation of the Augvoker's own problems than it is an issue with PI, though of course it's not entirely blameless.
PI should just be a personal cooldown, if anything. WoW has a long history of things going out of whack when too many things are stacked, so giving a freely targetable buff like that is just asking for trouble. "What if I could choose who gets Bloodlust?" yeah no way THAT can go wrong right -_-
