It is free, and will come to PC.
    Pre-order is just pre-registering.

    It's pre-register, idk why they say pre-order.

I was about to question when did Apple start allowing Apps to be pre-ordered.

As for the Game itself, I won't pretend people aren't going to be interested in it even though I personally am not. There's enough Clash bs variations apps as well as knocks off alike to show there's a market for it, only question is if it'll retain interest like Hearthstone did before it declined and opted for nuclear money hunger.

The real question though is how long till Blizzard goes for broke with making a mobile gacha game.

Yeah, pretty stupid nomenclature that Apple uses for pre-registration. I'm not sure why they label it pre-ordering.

The game is free, if you "pre-order" or Apple or pre-register on Google it just notifies you when it's available to download. I think you can also set it to automatically download and install it.

My friend had a theory about why they're calling registering a f2p game as "pre-ordering" and it was that they are already getting people used to wanting to spend money in the game. If you go to pre-order the game and think you'll be spending 10-15 bucks for it...only to go to the store and see that it's free, a certain percentage of people will see that as, "Oh that 15 bucks I was going to spend is now a surplus!" and they'll be more willing to drop that same cost in microtransactions when the game actually comes out.

Yeah pretty much, I played a ton during the alpha and it was quite enjoyable, but then beta came out and progress was reset and I was like "do all that again? nah"

Like once I actually got a full team up it was quite fun to play some of the boss fights, its interesting as a wow player to see some of these famous and infamous bosses turned into bosses in this game and see how their mechanics translate.
But with Beta I had to restart, and rather not go through all that again having to re-unlock all the minis and stuff I had to make my undead army.

I may play it here and there if I ever have nothing to do, cause really it's the only game on my phone as I don't really have any mobile games.

Your friend is wrong, it is called Pre-ordering on the apple store, and pre-register on the google play store, it is just different companies using different terms.
your friend is actually a loony.

I have not gotten a good look at the microtransactions in the game since I played in alpha, but from what I can tell warcraft rumble is not gacha, you buy minis specifically, or currency specifically, there is no gambling.

How is explaining what terms mean on Apple's App store and Google's Play store translate to being a fan boy of Blizzard?

Oh yeah I'm aware Rumble isn't a gatcha game and that you're supposed to be able to buy specfic things like units as you said or skins for stuff. I was more referencing future mobile projects considering that Hearthstone pretty much established mobile card gaming, Immortal was their entry in the sea of action mobile games and Rumble is their entry into clash knock offs while Activision has their countless successful CoD thing mobile apps and not to mention King, so how long till Blizzard are dipping a toe into gacha-likes similar to Genshin or more like Blue Archive considering how they're spreading out.

-Create an insane theory that feels on the level of flat earth government conspiracy based on a single word "order"
    -Gets corrected

He isn't wrong though. Just by browsing through your post history it is obvious you're interfering in every thread in order to impose your appeal to Blizzard and their products. Anyone who is trying to have a discussion that implies criticism of their policies or products is automatically flagged by you, Relapses and the gang.

It wasn't even a criticism of the actual game, I'm pretty interested in seeing how it plays and have "pre-ordered" it myself.

It just was a stupid obvious conspiracy theory a friend came up with that I posted and really didn't care much about it until he instantly needed to defend Daddy Blizz against an obvious not true thing lol

Yeah, usually correcting people’s bad takes and false information and/or ideas that come from it.
That person you are defending is wrong. What Felplague did was not fanboying, it was pointing out they are wrong. You didn’t even address the point or try to show Fel is wrong. All you did was try to bring up previous post history, as if pointing out people’s bad takes is somehow proof to you that they are doing nothing more than white knighting.
