It's always sad to see things like this. You can tell that this bundle is foreshadowing for what's to come in the next expansion (or maybe even next patch) and thus it would've been especially cool if they let you get this stuff in game by doing some quest chain or some form of new content; but instead it is just more profitable for them to put it on the store.

On a sidenote though: WTF's up with Blizzard and Vulpines? It feels like half of the mounts they've released on the store, trading post etc. in the last year or so have been Vulpines.

Wasn't aware of the bundle until after seeing people with the Gothic outfit already, tried looking up how to get it, and saw someone complain in trade about it being on the store. Low and behold. I know it's going to be/might be on the TP later, but damn if that didn't take the wind out of my sails. Oh well, pink and white is still neat.

This isn't foreshadowing anything. It's just the sailor moon/magical girl set they put up for the monthly tendies but purple, there's a blue one datamined as well.

This is not foreshadowing the next expac...
it is literally just the "goth girl" version of the valentines day set...
And it will literally be obtainable ingame in a few months, this is just for people who wanna pay to get it early/extra.

This is an example of a rational response.
A product was offered, a sticker price was put on it, and they decided it wasn't for them.
This is how things should be treated, and if others have a difference of opinion, good for them.
Too bad a few others have the incessant need to cry foul when a company sells a product that, in no way alters the ability to access and play the game, given the fully cosmetic and ultimately irrelevant nature.

I do wonder why blizzard seems to like making toys with long cooldowns.
If they would’ve made the toy have a shorter CD I coulda seen it getting more sales.

cause it effects your whole raid, with 3 people you can easily have 100% uptime, the reason it does not have a long duration is so that multiple people have to use it to be 100%, therefore they get more sales.

They're so unbelievably greedy. Then again MTX should never be a thing in a subscription based game but that's another story entirely.

If you don't like it don't buy it? No one is pinning you down and forcing you buy the bundle for this mount and it will be in the trading post eventually.

30 bucks for recolors ain't worth it.
And it will appear on the trading post anyway at some point.

30 is too expensive, i'll wait until the mog becomes available in the trading post

While i agree it is probably not fomo it does say Items in The Twilight Pack may arrive in a future rotation of the Trading Post, but no sooner than three months after the set leaves the Shop.  That one bolded word could be enough to get the gullible to buy it for FOMO.

Any game with a sub and a cash shop is a shady cash grab. Sub fee and cash shop and selling gold and charging for expansions and charging for automated services. Cheer on the greedy fuckers i guess. May as well get a jump on getting the new CEO their first yacht.
