Now they just need to add the pets to the vendors and we'll be good to go.

For those who are non-Plate and bought the item and are wondering why you still can't use it,
it's because you need to swap it for the 2nd version where anyone can use it. It's the item shown
in the image above that doesn't have the tusks and bronze req, but instead, only requires the
    Tusks.

Lower the terrible drop rate on the tusk currency and increase bronze.

Do SoO Normal and Heroic for 5 days, which you should be doing anyway for bronze. Both are very easy raids at this point and you should be doing them anyway for Bronze.

what made these shoulders in OG MOP was not so much the appearance, but that these shoulders had 3 gems slots.

if you played MOP for most of the expac, PVP gear was subpar to high end raid gear and legendary cloak. in MOP everyone had base resilience and anything over that base had severe diminishing returns. long after patch 5.4 due to QQ of PVPrs the lego cloack was made inactive in any form of PVP including WPVP. PVP got a up bump in those conditions

Huh. Not how I remember it. Then again, I played on an RP realm.

You literally can get it in two days or 5 days if you can't be bothered raiding for more than 30min and you will also get the required bronze while doing it.

You can get it in 5 days - IF you got all your bronze spend for gear upgrades to get into the HC clear groups in the first place.

But if you spend 500k bronze for gear upgrades, it is unlikely that you are even interested in permanent transmogs/mounts, because that would be a collosal waste of time to first gear up and farm 2-3 weeks on top of that for at least a part of the cosmetics.

For those who just want the cosmetics, not wasting anything on gear upgrades is still the quickest way to be done with MOP REMIX, with the least amount of hours spend.

I am still confused by the lack of a pet vendor in this game mode. Hell, they added new mounts why not new pets? also, there are plenty of existing pets from Pandaria that they could've put in. Boss drops from raids, drops from rares all around the place, drops from the bags that those elementals give you when you beat them in a pet battle.

Eh, that's kinda debatable. The full HC world tour of raids is probably around 90minutes, not including SoO Mythic and Normal. Daily dungeons are like 90s if that on average. Scenarios are mostly few minutes depending on which one you get.

So yeah, not upgrading gear COULD be /played faster, because of the 2 weeks of grind prior, but post gear upgrade gaming is so much faster and incomparably more fun.

Also I think it's safe to assume it will take way more days of actually logging in to do daily activities because main bronze source for people who didn't upgrade will be daily quests rather than dailies + full HC world tour every day, tho given that event is over 90 days, I think it's not that big of a problem

No thanks to that "fun" part.

Players with no class/spec understanding, who would struggle in a LFR raid, are - BLASTING - with passive tinker gem damage through raids, they still not fully understand, after doing them daily for 3 weeks.

The MOP REMIX newbies will be dumped into RETAIL with 424 starter gear and it will be just a brutal experience for them.

In the end its just sad and instead of watching this clownfiesta for 2 weeks to get my mog bronze, I would have rather grinded mobs, to not see this misery in action.

So what if they are dumped into Retail with 415? That's still way stronger for world content than 60-70 felt which everyone went through and retail has super easy gearing which they already are half-familiar.

Such a doomer take lol. Reminds me of those Plunderstorm haters who were having mental breakdown after grinding for a week straight even tho event was much longer.

Almost like the entire point of this event was to be extremely OP and to ignore mechanics (for the most part) and burn the bosses down. May not be for you but your take on this just ignores the purpose of Remix.

Yeah, that hardly mattered during Mists unless you were tryharding harder than most (and if you were a DPS a tryhard tank would beat your meters anyway). The shoulders got their repute from the appearance and how rare they were, not the gem slots lol.
