The Charming Courier mount is not available for World of Warcraft Classic games and is shared across all present and future WoW Modern characters. It automatically scales to the fastest riding skill known by each character, and if characters aren’t at a high enough level to use a flying mount, Charming Courier will also act as a ground mount.

    Can't wait to fly this beauty, and at no additional charge! Just wish the pet was available on retail as well.

    And a flight form like Anu'relos would be absolutely amazing.

    I was wondering why the pet looked like shit then I read it's for classic only and then it made sense LOL

    Gorgeous ass mount though (that's free for loyal customers!) I can't wait to skyride on that bad boy!!

    The higher rez version of the pet will sooner or later be offered for Retail either in the store (most likely) or trading post. They've done that in the past.

    I still think it is stupid this is only for 6-months subs.. Been paying monthly since BC without a break, never getting any of this. I simple don't have the funds (or options) to pay such a big amount every 6 months, but monthly is possible :/ (And no, i can't simply save the money to pay the big amount, because of rl issues)

    The goal of the promotion is to get people to prepay for subs for an extended period so they have guaranteed profit even if there's a drought in new content. That said, while I understand the reason why they don't offer it, it still would be nice if they did something like reward it retroactively if you kept a consistent subscription during that same time period. So those of us who do prepay for longer periods get "rewarded" by getting the perk immediately, while those paying it month-to-month still get the item, just at the end of the promotion's time period.

    I don't actually see them ever doing that, since I think they end up moving all of these items to the shop and it would mean losing some of the sales, but it would be nice. And realistically, some of the shop sales losses would probably be offset by people who were considering cancelling but opted not to be because, oh, if they wait another month they'll qualify for that mount from the promotion five months ago.

    :shrug: I would do a lot of things different if I was Blizz but I am not.

    so they won't connect 'classic' to the modern game so achievements and mogs not available in modern can be earned and used in modern supposedly because it breaks the 'classic feel' and yet they can put new pets into classic as exclusives? again. why? what is the point? if you're going to put it in classic why not put it in the modern version as well?
    and let's not even get started on how cataclysm classic defeats the entire point of even having classic realms in the first place

    Fun fact, buyying 6 months at once is actually cheaper then 1 month at a time.
    But yes it is more initial investment, but it saves you money in the long term.
