So, according to you, Blizzard should not tell any character's backstory ?
i would prefer if they actually have more than one character, for both factions, not making it like we have protagonists of the game
Alleria is being forced into the spotlight of the narrative like she is some big shit that everyone should be hyped for, at least Jaina had some backing off from multiple expansions and the RTS
too bad this thing is just trying to tell alleria backstory i don't fucking care blizzard, i don't like the character nor care about it, neither anduin or khadgar, stop shoving then as protagonists
"fucking blizzard, start writing for me waa wa waaaaaaaaaaa"
i would prefer if they actually have more than one character, for both factions, not making it like we have protagonists of the game
But we have ? What makes you think that Alleria is the only character they are putting the focus on ?

I disagree with you as a veteran gamer of the old Castlevania series and my favorite game of the series is Symphony of the Night in the PS1 era and Sega Saturn, I was so pleased and happy to have a solid anime adaptation of the game. Was it perfect? no of course not and season 3 was kinda the weakest but season 1 and 2 and 4 are fantastic and the newer Nocturne Castlevania is awesome.
A lot of cursing? the show is an adaptation of a dark age medeviel era do you want them to use some kind of power of friendship and flower in a land of unicorn? of course there will be a lot of cursing and degenerate behaviors. It is like complaining about Game of Thrones tv show having a lot of blood and gore and killing Duh?! it is a dark fantasy world what you expect?
I mean I don't mind people dislike Castlevania Netflix series but calling it fake is so wrong and uncalled for tbh.
If it was a full on Japanese made and not American anime and had all the clichés, bad English dub, annoying characters and high schoolers they would probably wouldn't be calling it fake.
Honestly thought castlevania show was better than half the anime I've seen on Netflix.
Guess what happens when an archer runs out of arrows or the adversary gets within melee range?
It’s the same plausibility of saying if a swordsman’s opponent gets to too far they throw their sword at them. Almost like an AI devised the fighting tactics.
they switch to their sidearm, as bow is under tension and would likely snap on impact.
And what if they don't have a sidearm. Also, you're talking about bows being under tension and whatnot, in a setting where magical weapons exist? In a world where a full plate armored soldier has an equal chance to harm or be harmed fighting against someone with only one shoulderpad and briefs?

Literally it's not. Smacking people with bows has existed in epic storytelling for a long time.
Also: magic weapons; rule of cool. Take your pick.
Can yous ay with certainty she is loved by majority of the playerbase? no, you can't, so spare me as well.

Weird, because a lot of of the reason i play the game is because they design the game around my personal interests, like delves, so you wrong
Can you say with certainty she is hated by a majority of the playerbase?
Of course not, but I can, cause alleria and turylon were such a major question and conversation piece in the launch of TBC, with people wondering where the hell these 2 super important fan favourite charecters were, so much so "where are turylon and Alleria" became a meme in the community, even being put in a loading screen tip.

idk if you know but her bow is made out of VERY powerful wood, and literally had sharp edges on it so she can slice enemies with it. Fighting with a bow in melee is not really practical, but is possible, and when you consider a fantasy universe with magical woods and metals, we see bows used in melee here and there, even in lord of the rings.
