Waze x World of Warcraft - Drive with Thrall as your co-pilot
Ever dreamed of navigating traffic with the legendary Thrall Chris Metzen as your co-pilot? Thanks to the latest Waze x World of Warcraft collaboration, that's now a reality!

All you road warriors can listen to Thrall’s words of encouragement and guidance as they navigate their drives. When faced with heavy traffic, he'll advise you to "breathe — this is not the end of the world." When he offers suggestions like U-turns, he describes them as, "a clever strategy to fool any pursuers on our tail."

Choose between two moods in the World of Warcraft driving experience — "Horde,” represented by a miniature Thrall, the former warchief of the Horde, and “Alliance”, a warrior in blue and gold armor representing the Alliance. You can even choose the Red Drake as your vehicle — a great honor for any Champion of Azeroth!

Buckle up, adventurers, and let Thrall lead you on an epic journey!

This experience is available globally with voice navigation in English. Make sure you have the latest version of Waze and look for the World of Warcraft banner in the left menu of the app, or activate it now.

I see no female WoW heros listed as voice options... I smell sexism on top of Horde favoritism! Get out the pitchforks and torches!

But in all seriousness, surprised they didn't have that option. I'm sure there's no shortage of people who would want a Windrunner or some other prominent female WoW character navigating them. Having Brann navigate would be pretty funny though, as long as they kept his speech patterns. Maybe it it takes off they'll get more options in the future.

I feel like Sully from MoP would be fun also.

I remember when they did this with that one cop sitcom and it was Terry Crews yelling at you. pretty funny until they yanked it off the app.

Waze and GMaps are both under Google and use the same backend, Waze is more silly but has more comunity features for example you can report Police and accidents so ppl can avoid those locations and you also see other ppl reports, but routes atlest in my country both perform the same.
