Jani's Trashpile - New Mount Reward from Battle for Azeroth Expansion Achievement
Patch 11.0.7 introduces A Farewell to Arms, a new Battle for Azeroth expansion achievement that rewards players with Jani's Trashpile. This seems to be a mount that transforms the player's character, similar to Divine Kiss of Ohn'ahra and Sandstone Drake.

A Farewell to Arms Achievement List
A Farewell to Arms - Put an end to the Battle for Azeroth by completing the following achievements.

Achievement Changes
  • Expedition Leader no longer requires the PvP Island Expedition achievements (Island Slayer).
  • Azeroth of War achievements now only require 6 missions to be completed.

Public Test Realms - The War Within 11.0.7
The achievement A Farewell to Arms is now available for testing on the Public Test Realms, and players can copy their characters to check their progress. Please note that level 80 characters can currently be copied from Live to PTR only on two realms: Anasterian and Benedictus.

I had the same thought. Strange decision to retroactively add a meta achievement to BFA unless they're planning to use the content for something soon.

BFA:Remix seems to me like a likely candidate.

They are just going backwards, like how they did (re)-add the Shadowlands-Meta during DF. Remix would have it's own sets of achievements.

Well I’m glad they’re removing the pvp islands from the meta, I think that was all I was missing. Looks like I’ve done most of those achievements

This is just pure speculation. Readding achievements is no indicator for a new remix phase.

Notorious is still there and that is to win 50 pvp islands. Hopefully they will remove it.

They just want every xpac to have a meta and are retroactively adding them. BFA is the closest one that doesn't. Remix had it's own achievements clearly tied to remix, so no this ain't it.

This. I have no idea how people connected it to Remix. Still see no reason why WoD wouldn't be next one.

Would be cool, but I doubt it.

MoP doesn't have a meta achivement and yet they did MoP Remix. I think this is just one of those things they've had in the backlog for a while and they finally had the time to do something. Adding an achivement and a new mount isn't probably a whole lot of effort, but seeing how popular this "system" is you can bet that a lot of people will try to get it, so it's worth it for Blizz to add it; especially now considering that 11.0.7 will primarily add this small island with probably ~2 days of worthwhile content and that's that with new content until some time in january or february.

It doesn't necesarily hint towards BfA remix. but it hints most likely to BfA timewalking - coming with the turbulent pathways in 11.0.7.

I'm 99% sure they are retroactive, meaning if you already have them all done you should get auto-rewarded the mount.
