I like how they can just ignore some specs and keep pushing out fixes for others.

    Feels really good.

I remain astonished that after 20 years this company still can botch balancing so badly that a 40% buff to anything is warranted through hotfixes.

They were actually better in the past.

Funny thing to say, considering the many "Patch X DPS ranking" wowhead articles consistently show close tuning in retail and shit tuning in any classic patch to date. I guess in the past the game was tuned differently.
Well, there's also the option that you're deluded.

The game is the closest balanced it's ever been. Comments like this makes people realize you don't even know what the fuck is being buffed to begin with or why it is because most of these huge buffs are not to fix specs they are just making spells or talent choices that aren't played more viable giving players more options.

Class balance is (and has been for the past year or two) better than ever before in the history of WoW.

And it's not even close lmao

Frost gets nothing seriously; Elemental gets a finisher by 8% pretty sure that they gona bright them out of the deep nope. Demo gets a well-deserved nerf but it's an issue Elemental and Demo historically always had bad scaling and Blizzard does nothing to address this. Affliction jumped pretty good because it scales pretty well but the feel of gameplay is stale and not enjoyable.

Iam not comenting other classes out of knowledge of them

40% of an ability that does like 5% of damage.
    Yeah, BIG change.

Those targeted buffs are much better than a 3% aura buff.

Demo got a buff, what do you mean?
Well deserved... I don't know. I'm top DPS of any m+ group as demo, but maybe the other players are just bad.

Yay for herald of the sun buffs - I enjoyed it more in 11.0, but the way they buffed templar and left herald untouched put it so much behind that it became unviable.
Looking forward to playing it again.

No, they absolutely need it. They utterly nerfed the spec into the ground as a knee-jerk to people complaining. I really don't get the Aug hate compared to other classes.

People complain about Aug, meanwhile its Vengeance DH, Frost Mage, Fire Mage, Disc Priest, etc that are absolutely dominating in M+, especially once you surpass +10. So why is it okay when those specs absolutely dominate but not okay for Aug to viable? I never understood that mentality.

Aug is the LEAST represented class now, and its by a very large margin. Here's the Raid.IO Data for +10 keys (a nice middle-ground of where most casual players will usually cap out at).

And here's the source of that pic, its a video and shows spec representation through the diff key levels https://x.com/jordanjots1/status/1910590676162458024

Keep in mind, this is a POPULATION graph, not a performance graph. But in M+ the two are kinda correlate.

They are moving Aug power away from their buffs and more into personal DPS, and thats absolutely fine. It makes them closer to a "normal" DPS but still a bit unique.
