New Trading Post Mounts in Patch 11.1.7

I wonder if the Banshee Chragers fly ?? Cause if they do then that would be sick.

You can make ground mounts than can also fly ya know? It's not like flying mounts can't run on land lmao

I've actually seen a fair amount of people going about on regular mounts there, actually. My point was though that they're clearly still thinking of having zones without flying, so ground mounts will see usage.

Maybe they just feel not everything has to fly, too. Though I'll admit these horses do seem fitting for flying.

Excited to see the new forsaken horses in the trading post.

There's still lots of zones where you can't fly. All battlegrounds, many dungeons, zones like the Maw, Korthia, Timeless Isle, Undermine, etc. I prefer using ground mounts in those zones.

Every mount is a "ground mount" already, though. Having one that can also fly has literally nothing to do with its ability to run on land. Also, there are so many horse mounts that can fly, there's no reason at all that any mount should be added to the game that's ground-only. Flying mounts in no-fly zones is already a solved problem that doesn't require removing flight from the mount itself.

What's with the chess theme? There's also matching armor sets...

We going back to Karazhan? Blizz going to sell chess sets?

If you view the Forsaken mounts on Wowhead, then scroll down and hit the Wailing Banshees charger (yellow text) you can see the buff it provides, it flys

Aesthetics are subjective, some people just don't like these pink and purple xmogs, that has no weight on someone's masculinity.

In-game earnable reward on the trading post?

There's quite literally nothing stopping them from throwing Invincible on it at this point. Why even play the game anymore? Just wait for them to give you whatever you're wanting.

It's been a common complaint for months, now, that a lot of items on the trading post have been overly cutesy and feminine. Not all, thankfully, though a notable amount.

Nobody is obligated to like or even celebrate such an overabundance.

Yeah, when the streak of non-cutes and feminine trading post offerings got interrupted by some cutesy stuff here and there, some people got their masculinity torpedoed by them and took it to the forums.
They didn't see what was offered besides them, just the fact that the selection wasn't purely for them.
