thankfully cataclysm isnt until december 30th

That Aquilon has the perfect color combo. A shame the Lupine wasn't color swapped with the white/black of the last one, that would have been amazing.

Cataclysm was a lot better than Shadowlands. It was an age before mobile game mechanics like anima and before Blizzard were full of moronic bullshit like locked Covenant choices and pretending they had a "ripcord". A bunch of people got filtered by relatively easy dungeons though and as a result there's a lot of complaining about it online. Soulbinds on their own were worse than the entirety of Cataclysm.

The black and gold plated aquillion looks neat.

So got to do it on 4 characters to get the mounts this time. Yikes. The aquillon is indeed perfect.

It looks like it's going to run through pre patch, assuming pre patch is 20/21 of January as expected.

Pre patch is probably feb 10th

will we get heroic gear from the quests? I think that was a thing from the previous events...

Could you get 4 vouchers that way considering achievements are account wide?

All the other ones have been account-wide in the past (which led to them being bugged or cheesed by running multiple toons the first week to get it) so from what I can tell, we can only get 1 Voucher this way.
Do we get way to earn more THIS event? Will they be sparsely handed out in future events? Who knows, but it does fit the theme of 'going back to the past' if they're once again railroading us into choosing 1 Covenant and flipping us off as they disappear xD

Take it the other voucher mounts become available off NPC for 5k TW badges later?

Don't forget that the Anniversary event is coming up and will, if nothing else, be a big source of Timewalking badges you can buy the extra mounts with.

With the Chrono Corsair listed for 5000 badges I would imagine the mounts you don't get will be buyable (during the event or later is anyone's guess).

I saw some post on Reddit saying a “credible” leaker said that Midnight will launch February 26. Obviously, take everything with a grain of salt, but I think it’ll release some time around then regardless.

So it runs for 10 weeks but you only need to get the mastery 5 times for the achievement, thats pretty lenient.

If it’s like previous events too you get heroic raid gear instead of normal from the weekly quests I’m pretty sure, makes it even more worth doing
