Pandaren Heritage Armor Sets Preview
Patch 11.2.7 brings the long-awaited heritage armor sets for Pandaren, arriving on December 2!

Completing the Pandaren heritage questline unlocks three themed versions of the armor set:
  • Wandering Isle - a dark green set available to both factions
  • Huojin - a red Horde-themed variant
  • Tushui - a blue Alliance-themed variant

The latest Alpha build also introduced a Wooden Capsa, a new back piece that complements the transmog set.

Sadest heritage armor set of the game.

I like it. Wish the robe had a full sleeved variant as well, instead of just being wrapped around like that only. If they did that, it'd be far more perfect of a set.

No matter what effort they put into the armour or Tier sets...it just hardly ever works for me. I am definitely a sucker for plate tiers (though the current warrior set is really, really bad IMHO) But thumbs up, for everyone who mains a Pandaren and loves it.

I, for one, like the set. It is incredibly evocative of medieval clothing from East Asia and has added elements that bring the set to life. Now, granted, this doesn’t mean it’s perfect. It’s not. The decision to remove one sleeve is questionable, and having incense burning from the top of the hat, as well as a veil hanging in front of the player’s face, is a complete absurdity. If I were Blizzard, I would add a second version of the chest piece that has both sleeves. I would also remove the incense from the hat, as well as the veil, and ensure that the back piece has a variant that doesn’t hide weapons while they’re sheathed (I’m not sure if it hides weapons, but most back pieces do).

Yeah, initially I was like eh... but the more I look at it the more I don't mind it so much. I feel like if ANYTHING it will add some needed monk / asian themed pieces to my Panda monk's wardrobe. You would have thought that MoP remix would have done that job in spades but it didn't really add that much in the way of simple clothing like Chen Stormstout wears. Which is basically what I have been wanting for my Panda monk since MoP first came out back when.

I really think they need to get a new color guy/girl, either that or my eyes are not working, the accents are not working together at all for me. The set isn't terrible, but if it had good color it would be quite ok

I love it!. It looks like it came from Asia itself. I would remove that hat and add another one, or just without the hat.
Is going to be fun to mix it with other types of armor.

I hate these lol I do, I'm sorry but I just think they are so boring. I expected more details, something reminiscent of the monk tier sets in MoP

One of the best heritage sets if not the best.

the veil is the best part of the set imo, i have a feeling there will be a veil/ no veil varaint however

The veil bugs me, I feel like it could be better implemented. But otherwise I actually rather like it.

And I do like the emblem on the veil itself, its a nice little detail to differentiate.

Green colored? I would say black.

Horde set has pretty nice pieces for a santa costume.

Like nearly all other heritage armors, looks far better without the shoulders

I've updated that to dark-green... although it may as well be dark-grey.

Can confirm as a Pandaren main, very happy with it. Been waiting the longest, and while I won't say it's LEGENDARY - I actually will use it parts of the set for sure. I can't say that at all for most heritage armor sets.

I hope there's going to be versions without the hanging cloth on the hat

Well.. At least the sandals look nice.

I mostly love the replies here, because they swing so wildly and give a good sample on how Blizzard "can't win". From "love it" to "Worst evah" posts side by side. Polarizing to an extreme.

Heritage armour is weird. In theory I love the Orc and BE ones - I still don't transmog to them, there is just (much) better stuff. I go as far as saying the normal and heroic tier sets of the current seaon (for Paladins) represent Alliance, Horde and BEs in a nicer way than the heritage. ...But taste and all that....so if anyone loves what they get, it is a win in my book. I like happy people.
