When: November 16–December 7
Where: Caverns of Time in Tanaris

Grab the quest from any Holiday Celebrants and hitch a ride to the Caverns of Time through portals located in Orgrimmar and Stormwind.

Players receive an automatic 10% Experience and Reputation buff during the Anniversary Event. They must complete the repeatable Celebrate Good Fun! quest from& Yllana every day to add another 10% to the total.

The anniversary event buff stacks with other XP and Reputation buffs, and you can enjoy a 65% XP buff during the event!

A Rewarding Celebration

The WoW 21st Anniversary has a variety of activities and ways to earn currency, which can be used to purchase myriad items, including the new Loyal Watchman ensemble transmog set pieces—Helm, Gauntlets, Trousers, Cuirass, Spaulders, Belt, and Boots.

Ensemble: Loyal Watchman Transmog Set
(Helm, Gauntlets, Trousers, Cuirass, Spaulders, Belt, and Boots)

Quests and activity completions are tracked Warband-wide, can be completed on any character in your Warband, and will count toward the weekly amount of Warband Transferable Tokens your Warband can earn each week.

So, there’s no need to run the event with multiple characters every week—unless you want to spread the fun among your characters.

The top goblins have tallied everything up so that you know how to earn all the anniversary currencies and where they can be spent.

Anniversary Currency

  • Timewarped Badges: Earned from Timewalking events.
  • Marks of Honor: Exchanged for legacy weapons and armor at PvP Vendors.
  • Ancient Mana: Concentrated magic from the ancient leylines beneath Suramar.
  • Polished Pet Charms: Redeemable at battle pet masters.

Anniversary Vendors

Make the most of the festivities by visiting the many vendors on the grounds for tasty treats and delights.

  • Traeya : Tier 2 Armor Vendor (Timewarped Badges)
  • Time-Displaced Thanthaldis Snowgleam : Scaling PvP-themed weapons and armor (Marks of Honor and Timewarped Badges)
  • Time-Displaced Jorek Ironside : Scaling PvP-themed weapons and armor (Marks of Honor and Timewarped Badges)
  • Historian Ma’di: Anniversary Rewards Vendor (Timewarped Badges)
  • Notary Grably: Bronze Celebration Titles

Expect Joyous Journeys Ahead in Mists of Pandaria Classic

When: November 18–December 9

The mystical lands of Pandaria are swirling with danger. For our stalwart champions in World of Warcraft Classic progression (currently Mists of Pandaria Classic), take advantage of the Joyous Journey’s experience buff to enhance your odyssey through Azeroth, increasing experience gains by 50% up to level 90!

Create a new character, finish leveling a forgotten one, or invite friends to join you in legendary Pandaria. The Joyous Journeys buff is active by default; however, you can visit any innkeeper in the capital cities and Dalaran to turn it on or off, and it is not available in modern World of Warcraft®, Legion Remix, or World of Warcraft® Classic Era.

WoW Classic Anniversary Edition Realms

From now through November 23, take advantage of the Unrelenting Rallying Cry of the Dragonslayer buff with an increase to critical chance to your spells by 10%, melee, and ranged by 5% and grants 140 attack power. This buff does not stack with Rallying Cry of the Dragonslayer and cannot be Chronobooned.

We look forward to celebrating all things World of Warcraft with you—see you in Azeroth!

I rarely say this with this much passion, but this is unacceptably bad.

We have datamined, 11.1.7 that they had reskinned outfits, hell even in the anniversary for the 20th they accidentally showed the purple paladin armor from TBC, its clear, they have sets in the game, they cant even be arsed to do it, that's not a matter of effort, time, or work that's lazy, its a zero and one job, adding arbitrary numbers to code that would take even me, a single day, at, most, to test and patch in, this is atrociously bad, inexcusably, bad, for a 21st anniversary reward.

No Scarlet Enclave sets from SoD is a huge disappointment.

People that didn't collect all the remastered T2 sets last year, are you able to buy them with timewarped badges or are you getting bronze celebration tokens from activities? I've seen zero bronze tokens but bought the sets last year so everything is just listed for timewarped badges instead.

    Their math is incredible.

The anniversary event buff stacks with other XP and Reputation buffs, and you can enjoy a& 75% XP buff during the event!

+20% XP and Reputation from the Anniversary Event.
+25% XP buff from the Five Warband Mentors: The War Within achievement.
+10% XP and Gold from War Mode.
+10% from the Draught of Ten Lands potion. This works for characters level 49 and lower.

I'm gonna play devils advocate and say maybe it's from the T2 vendor and they just haven't used the new recolours in the promotional material for some ungodly reason and instead used a recolour of an old.. Trading Post or cash store transmog set (unsure which it was).

Of course I could be wrong and we definitively know via ptr/Korea that that isn't the case?

but the codex of chromie chest does give 668 warbound gear. so that's useful until blizzard decide if they're going to give us something else from the event

    there's nothing new from doomwalker

Maybe I'll level my Evoker with the 75%* XP Buff

This year infinite dragonflight hold party so good that bronze wasn't even trying. Kinda weird devs used new recolors of sets for some Diablo event instead here.

XP buff is pretty useless too, 10-80 is quicker on Remix than 70-80 even with buffs and there will be better events to bring your higher alts to 80 later - in 11.2.7 winds xp buff with pernament timewalking dungeons, prepatch event will be even faster, cause they always change XP requirement for last 10 levels.

Event is great for leveling battle pets though. With proper setup you can level 1-25 in 2-3 minutes with Squirt fight.

No, they just deliberately chose not to, likely because they are holding it for other events, like the 25th anniversary or the next greedy emissary version.

Very strange they’d have this going on during legion remix especially as the last two phases (Argus & OP month) coincide with the start and end of the anniversary lol.

Hope BRD normal/heroic is doable and worth it this time around.

This was the only content from the 20th anniversary I didn't finish (except LFR), because initially it was too hard to do and then when they somewhat fixed it nobody was doing them, because the loot had no mastery (lmao).
