I haven't even started Legion Remix yet so I'm guessing there's no way to get everything at this point. All I really care about are the achievements and new mounts though; I have no interest in housing.

You don't like the game and/or the direction the developers took it? Cool. Go focus on something you like, then, instead of wasting time on something you don't that doesn't affect you in the slightest.

If you only want event mounts and not all mounts they sell then you could easily do that in ~2h.
You could also only buy the interesting mounts which would further cut required playtime down.

Outside of the Mythic weapons maybe. Literally just level up to max in the first day, join any willing heroic / mythic world tour to carry you from the group finder and just absorb a crap ton of versatility and bronze. Do this 2-3 times (it resets daily) and you'll be able to get MOST of anything you want. You got a week left.

Just Leveling a fourth arlt to 80 seemed to get me about 150k bronze, but unlocking achievements on first character gives you a lot too.

You have to understand that they said they haven't even started Legion at all, so they lack all the achievements that boost up Infinite Power, and their leveling speed is real slow too compared to someone with 400% leveling boost.
